Pivots start at the top, pivot on the ball side does nothing, opposite side moves to receive the ball.
The pivot passes to the opposite side from where she received, and will set a screen with the other pivot on the opposite side.
The pivot who didn’t receive sets a screen for the one who did, together with the pivot from the other side they screen the player at the bottom.
