STEP 1

Form two lines facing each other with a ball, students or players perform chest passes and move to the opposite line; the one who receives the ball performs the same movement changing lines.
1. Stationary soft pass at a short distance.
2. Stationary strong pass at a medium distance.
3. Soft pass while walking to get familiar at a short distance.
4. Strong pass while walking at a medium distance.
Variation: do it jogging with quick and accurate passes to a teammate.
Variation in pass type: bounce pass.
