Numerical superiority 2x1 half court

We place 2 players at midcourt, separated by the center circle. One has the ball, the other does not. The defender stands in the paint. The player passes the ball and the offense starts with superiority. If they score, the defender stays. If not, the one who misses or loses the ball becomes the defender.
