STEP 1

Transition after rebound, player 1 offering for the ball below the free throw line.

STEP 2

STEP 3

5 moves to support teammates and maintain constant game flow. 5 places themselves strategically to generate passing angles and anticipate defensive moves.

STEP 4

If there was no pass to 5’s cut, 2 and 3 switch positions (spacing) and 5 moves to the low post on the weak side.

STEP 5

Pass from 1 to 2 at the top to continue the play.

STEP 6

After the pass, 1 goes to set a screen for 4 to attempt a cut. If there’s a pass, perfect, it finishes.

STEP 7

If there was no pass, 2 plays the pass to 3. 1 spreads to the corner filling space, and 5 goes to the low post, even stepping on the baseline.

STEP 8

2 moves to the weak side 45°, and we already have a 2v2 set up with 3 and 5 on one side.

STEP 9

If a pass to the low post (5) is possible, perfect. If not, 5 comes up to set a ball screen for 3 towards the middle, then rolls. It can finish with 3 or with 5’s roll.

STEP 10

It can finish with 3 or a roll by 5. If nothing else works, with 1 occupying the corner, we can play a pass and catch-and-shoot.
