STEP 1

3 performs a fake screen for 2, who changes pace and works to receive through an elevator screen set by the two players at the top/front point.

STEP 2

After the fake screen by 3, he goes to the corner looking to receive, while 2 goes through the elevator screen. As soon as 2 clears the elevator, 5 screens 4’s defender, who cuts behind to receive under the basket (or for an alley-oop if you have players who can do it).

All player exits have receiving options to finish:

Player 3 in the corner
2 on the elevator exit
4 on the alley-oop
5 popping after the screen
and 1 after inbounding, cutting to the basket if no one else can shoot
