Step 0

We will run a competition in pairs. The pairs will start from the baseline and leave in groups of three pairs. Players must move the ball from their baseline to the opposite baseline as quickly as possible. Dribbling is not allowed, so they must pass the ball to each other. Every time they receive the ball, they must use the zero-step to advance faster before passing again. The first pair to arrive wins.
