Player 3 curls around player 4, who sets a screen for them to move up to 45 on the strong side, and once past the screen moves to the low-post corner on the weak side. 5 screens player 3's movement up to receive the ball and player 2 moves up to the top.

Player 5 screens player 1's movement up to the hand-off.

Hand-off

Player 1 dribbles to the top and 2 moves down to the corner. At the same time, player 4 moves up to set a back screen for player 5. Player 3 stays at 45.

Ball to the low post for 5 to finish.

If help comes, pass the ball to the corner for a three-point shot or a drive to the basket along the baseline.
