Paired Passing Work
STEP 1
Player 1 dribbles laterally to the right of their cone and player 2 dribbles laterally to the right to stay between the two cones
STEP 2
Player 1 passes to player 2. Player 1 positions the body protecting the ball as if the cone were a defender.
STEP 3
Player 2 dribbles laterally to the right of their cone and player 1 moves laterally to the left to stay between the two cones
STEP 4
Player 2 passes to player 1. Player 2 positions the body protecting the ball as if the cone were a defender.
STEP 5
Player 1 dribbles laterally to the left of their cone and player 2 moves laterally to the left to stay between the two cones
STEP 6
Player 1 passes to player 2. Player 1 positions the body protecting the ball as if the cone were a defender.
STEP 7
Player 2 dribbles laterally to the right of their cone and player 1 moves laterally to the right to stay between the two cones.
STEP 8
Player 2 passes to player 1. Player 2 positions the body protecting the ball as if the cone were a defender.
