12 Simple Basketball Plays for Kids - Ghost

Ghost
The team attacks in a "2-2" formation.
One of the players makes the "ghost" movement.
The player doing it does not have the ball but performs the play as if they did, and their defender follows them.

This drill is especially effective in youth games to encourage agility and deception with defenders.
