Drill

Basketball drill to work on passing lanes and 1v1.

David E (1 Pixel Army) 1894 views 3 steps
This basketball drill is designed to work on the 1-on-1 in a very complete manner. This is because it works on it before the reception, which also forces players to win the passing lanes and be able to attack after receiving, as in a game situation. This exercise, if done with few players (4 players or 8 players distributed on both sides), has considerable intensity. The ideal number of players is 4-5 per side (it can be worked on both sides). It's ideal for warm-ups, as you can incorporate a competitive component with a winner and a punishment for the rest.
