Drill

Worm

Exercise designed for small basket. Two teams, the first player from each team starts dribbling and has to score a basket, while the other players of their team must stay inside the zone. They can help by getting the rebound if the shot fails. Once a basket is made, the next player starts dribbling to score in the other basket in the same way. The team that catches the other and scores in the same basket first wins. We can vary it by changing the shooting zone or requiring them to pass the ball... It’s a shooting exercise under competitive stress.
