STEP 1

Vamos a ver una situación básica de juego con conceptos básicos de juego como BI, BD, Mano a mano, que se puede realizar como inicio para ciertas categorías que quieran jugar sistemas.

STEP 2

We always start with a Pin down so that outside players can receive or follow the continuation of the screeners.

STEP 3

We will pass the ball to one side whenever we cannot put the ball to an interior who continues the screen

STEP 4

Una vez paso a jugador exterior, el pasador deber siempre hacer un movimiento, al igual que los jugadores sin balón. (JSB).
En esta situación todos hacen un Bloqueo Indirecto horizontal (1 y 3) y Cross Screen (4 y 5).

STEP 5

If possible, we put the ball to the interior (5) to play at the post.

STEP 6

En caso de no poder finalizar con garantías, devolverá balón exterior. Previamente el que introduce balón a interior deberá realizar un Switch o un BI horizontal con 3 para que pueda recibir para tiro exterior o jugar otra opción.
4 y 1 trabajaran normas de Spacing.

STEP 7

If 3 cannot finish with an outside shot, 5 will play BD with 3 JCB. The rest of the players follow Spacing rules

STEP 8

Siempre jugaremos Pick & Roll.

STEP 9

We have different play options:

3 can finish with a drive
Play Roll with 5
Double the ball and/or Split for an outside pass to 1, 4, or 2

If there is an outside pass, we can play an extrapass to move the defense and create uncertainty in defensive help

STEP 10

If reaching 2 without being able to finish, play one-on-one with 4 who will be outside. The rest move following Spacing rules.

STEP 11

2 can play 1-on-1, or a hand-off with 4.
One-on-one always vertical to the basket.

STEP 12

If the player going one-on-one is small, against a small defender, JSB opens.
If he is big, he continues to the basket. 5 occupies the opposite side using Spacing rules
