TRANSITION 5 TOP
STEP 1

We attack the basket, and if there is no advantage, we make a pass back (if the 1-on-1 is not clear, dribble to the semi-corner or as wide as possible to allow a pass back and start with the ball at 45).

STEP 2

We aim to start the reversal with a reception work by 5, with the possibility of using backdoor cuts depending on how the defense reacts.

STEP 3

When the ball reaches the top on the opposite side, we run a pin-down for the player coming from the short corner, aiming to get the ball to 45 or to the low post with 4 if there is a defensive switch or an advantage is created.

STEP 4

Once the ball reaches 45, we play a direct screen situation (the opposite side can use indirect screens to generate movement and draw the defense).
