The ball handler receives a screen from the 5 (or the 4 if on the opposite side). We can call for another perimeter player to run it (e.g., “2 Miguel!” so Miguel receives the ball and gets the screen).
It is important to empty the ball side to create space or space out if the action happens in the middle.
