                  This is a basketball drill that on the one hand is very dynamic and can be quite fast-paced. However, on the other hand for this to happen, the rotation must be fluid and sometimes it is a little complicated to catch the first few times. It is for this reason that I would not perform this basketball exercise in children's or lower categories. The ideal number for this basketball exercise is 8 players, although it can also be done with 11 or even with 14  (which would greatly reduce participation and pace of exercise).
