STEP 1

This play starts with two interior players occupying the low post. If there is only one interior on the court, or none, the biggest players on the floor will occupy the low post.

STEP 2

Player 1 will play a one-on-one towards the side where the interior or the biggest player, or the best pick and roll player, is not, since this player will act as the trailing screener.

STEP 3

From here, 2 will play a one-on-one at the other 45º with 3, constantly threatening to attack the basket, able to break the system if a gap appears, just like 3 in the next one-on-one with 1 at the other 45º.

STEP 4

After the third one-on-one, 1, who started the play with the ball, will move toward the center, where he will wait for the opposite-side pivot to run a pick and roll. 4 will move to the corner, as will 2.

STEP 5

Here, 1 can finish at the basket, look for the continuation of 5's pick and roll, or look to the corners occupied by 4 and 2.
