Chase exercise, the goal is to get the opponent's tail.
Example of distractor progressions:
- The player can only take the tail from their partner.
- There are no pairs. Chasers can steal a tail from anyone.
- The player can only steal the tail from their partner, but the one being chased has the ball. If the chaser touches the ball, the chased player cannot move.
- No pairs, the chased has the ball and chasers can take the tail from anyone.
- Everyone with a ball.
