6 adjusts position to facilitate ball movement and anticipate the defense. Point guard shifts to an optimal spot on the court to maximize offensive efficiency.
Drill
4-Team Competitive Shooting Roulette
Form 4 teams with 2 balls each, placed on the side of the baskets. Set a target number of made shots. When a team reaches it, all teams rotate left for a new round. Each winning team scores 1 point. Each shooter rebounds and passes to next teammate.
