Initial formation of players, ready to start the play with fluidity and clear passing lanes.
STEP 2
Center executes an effective screen maintaining the team’s offensive flow. 2 changes location seeking advantage over the defender and scoring opportunities.
STEP 3
3 shifts to an optimal spot on the court to maximize offensive efficiency. 1 shifts to an optimal spot on the court to maximize offensive efficiency.
STEP 4
Small forward shifts to an optimal spot on the court to maximize offensive efficiency. Power forward alters position to create defensive mismatches and penetration options. Point guard moves to support teammates and maintain constant game flow.

Diamond with a focus on inside play
In these systems, the main goal after forming the diamond is for a player to receive in the mid-post with an advantage. This can lead to a direct 1v1 or continuation of the play. We will see 3 examples: Brazil Women's National Team, Echagüe from Paraná, Instituto de Córdoba, and Sportivo América from Rosario. The last 3 teams from Argentina.
