STEP 1
- X5 plays front
- X4 sticks to 5 to prevent lob pass
- X1 in deeper defensive help to facilitate rotation
- X3 between 2 and 3 in stunt (or open deny) position
STEP 2
During air time:
- X1 sprints to take the first pass and then 4
- X4 must sprint to position between 1 and 4 in stunt (or open deny)
- X2 between 1 and 2 in stunt (or open deny)
- X5 in defensive help ready to contest 5's positioning on the ball side
- X3 in defensive help as two passes away from the ball
