STEP 1

To start the play, all 5 players must be open. The two occupying the 45º positions (any of them) work to receive. When "1" passes to one of the 45º spots, they will move to the opposite elbow to set an indirect screen.

STEP 2

3 places themselves strategically to generate passing angles and anticipate defensive moves.

STEP 3

The first to move will be "3", who takes the screen to make a cut toward the basket, providing the first passing lane. If they can receive and finish, perfect; if they receive and don’t finish, a pass to "4" may occur for a reversal. If they cannot receive, they go to the corner, and "5" takes the indirect screen upward to move to the top to receive.

STEP 4

1 moves to support teammates and maintain constant game flow. Shooting guard moves strategically to provide new passing lanes and open space.

Another possible option is for the corner player, "4" in this case, to use the indirect screen to move up and curl toward the basket, creating a passing lane toward the hoop.
