COMPETITION SHOT AFTER PASS
STEP 1
Teams are formed from different positions. Competition shot after a pass, for time or point objective. The player who shoots goes for their rebound and passes to the next shooter. At the start, one player from each group is positioned near the basket for the first shot.
STEP 2
5 shifts to an optimal spot on the court to maximize offensive efficiency. 2 shifts to an optimal spot on the court to maximize offensive efficiency.
