Basketball drill defensive balance 1v0+1, step 1: <div>the drill begins:</div><ul><li>jcb goes to score on the opposite basket (transition work, technically a speed dribble), we can set rules for dribbling (minimum number of dribbles)</li><li>once he scores, the player from that basket goes to perform the same action his teammate did on the other basket
The drill begins:
  • JCB goes to score on the opposite basket (transition work, technically a speed dribble), we can set rules for dribbling (minimum number of dribbles)
  • Once he scores, the player from that basket goes to perform the same action his teammate did on the other basket. 
  • The first player who scored must sprint back to defend his basket while the other teammate goes out on a speed dribble. 
  • Defensive rule:
  • If unable to stop him, contest the finish and/or grab the rebound without letting the ball hit the floor.
STEP 1
