The Island - Minibasket exercise

Explanation: We make a square with cones and put a fifth cone in the center. 5 players per square, one at each cone. The player in the center, the island, counts down from 5 to 0 and the players on the perimeter of the square must find a new position. The island takes advantage to occupy a cone outside while her teammates exchange positions.

Variations: This game can be played without a ball, with one ball or even two. This encourages players to react, make feints, and communicate with each other. Adapt the exercise to the number of players.
