Pick and roll work against NEXT
STEP 1
Simple structure for the central P&R.
2 comes out (stagger) plus 5 sets a screen.
Against SHOW defense: use short roll + corner cut.
Against NEXT: use the Twist, cut by the player next to 2.
IMPORTANT: use the REJECT

STEP 2
Power forward changes location seeking advantage over the defender and scoring opportunities. 5 blocks the defender, opening space for cuts, drives, or shots. 5 places themselves strategically to generate passing angles and anticipate defensive moves. Point guard moves strategically to provide new passing lanes and open space.
