1x1 Defensive Warm-Up
STEP 1

The 5 defenders position themselves in the key with a ball and pass to their attacking partners. They perform defensive recovery and then defend for a few seconds depending on the ball position of their partner. We can add one or two dribbles for attackers so defenders work on using their body (chest) to stop penetration.
