STEP 1

Three attackers are positioned outside the three-point line and three defenders inside the paint. The coach passes the ball to an attacker, who must immediately make a pass (two-hand bounce, one-hand bounce, chest pass, or baseball pass). After this initial pass, a real 3-on-3 is played until there is a shot or turnover. When finished, roles rotate: offense becomes defense and a new trio of attackers enters. The drill works decision-making, passing variety, movement, and quick game reading.
