Ball Capture

Drill
Players are grouped in pairs on the baseline. One player defends the other, who starts from the same line as the rest and tries to get free from the defender to grab one of the balls placed at midcourt and finish with a layup. There is one fewer ball than pairs. Whoever is left without a ball receives a point. Then roles are switched. The player with the most points loses.
