a shooting drill using BDT(Basketball Decision Training)
number 4 player has the ball in the paint 
number 1 is running backwards until he reaches the 3point line 
then he turns around and he gets a signal from number 4 to either go left or right wing 
number 1 goes as fast as possible and receives a pass from number 4 
then number 1 passes to 4 and runs to another direction
he receives a pass and shoots 
number 4 gets the rebound passes to 1 and number 4 goes back on the line while number 1 is doing number 4 job with number 2
