Passing Lanes
Set up 2 lines, one in each corner, one with the ball and one without. Both players start at the same time and run to approximately half court, where there is a cone. They go around the cone, and the player with the ball makes a lead pass to the attacker cutting toward the basket. There are 3 “lanes” inside the paint: if the attacker receives in the first lane, they take one dribble and finish with a layup; if they receive in the second lane, they finish without dribbling; and if they receive in the third lane, they finish with a reverse layup.
