STEP 1

1 shifts to an optimal spot on the court to maximize offensive efficiency. Small forward moves to support teammates and maintain constant game flow. Center moves to support teammates and maintain constant game flow. 2 alters position to create defensive mismatches and penetration options. Power forward moves strategically to provide new passing lanes and open space. 6 alters position to create defensive mismatches and penetration options.

Drill

Partner Passing

At coach's signal, move to the cone jogging, pick up the ball and pass it to the partner. Upon receiving, place ball down and return to position to pass again. Repeat until new signal. Pass types: chest pass, bounce pass, long pass.
