STEP 1
We start with the player who grabs the rebound. They must pass to the perimeter receiver who receives while gaining the center.
STEP 2
The receiver is allowed a maximum of one dribble to pass to JSB, who will be on the weak side running to the opposite court.
STEP 3
Finish at the basket, and the passer must collect the rebound.
Rebound rules:
  • The ball must not hit the ground
  • If scored, inbound quickly from baseline
  • One-handed inbound
STEP 4
If a shot is missed, do not inbound from the baseline; protect the ball and pass to a new receiver who must call out their name.
STEP 5
We start returning to the other basket under the same premises.
STEP 6
To finish on both sides, on one side finish on the right and on the other side on the left.
STEP 7
Depending on the players' skill level, objectives, finishing rules, dribbling, passing, etc. can be adjusted.
