#Basketball shooting drills

STEP 1
Competition shot after dribble for time or point objective. Each group’s shooting spot is defined by placing a cone (useful to ensure the shot is taken from the desired location). Players must dribble to the cone, stop for a moment, then dribble again. After shooting, they grab their rebound, pass to the next teammate, and go to the end of the line.
STEP 2 Power forward changes location seeking advantage over the defender and scoring opportunities. 1 moves to support teammates and maintain constant game flow.
STEP 3 Power forward moves strategically to provide new passing lanes and open space.
