This basketball drill is designed to work on the 1-on-1 in a very complete manner. This is because it works on it before the reception, which also forces players to win the passing lanes and be able to attack after receiving, as in a game situation. This exercise, if done with few players (4 players or 8 players distributed on both sides), has considerable intensity. The ideal number of players is 4-5 per side (it can be worked on both sides).
