We define the starting positions of the players, placing each strategically to optimize passes and attacking options.

1 moves to support teammates and maintain constant game flow. 4 moves strategically to provide new passing lanes and open space.

Shooting drill 1

Two lines. Everyone has a ball except the first in one line who receives a pass and shoots. The passer cuts under and receives from the opposite line to shoot. Shooter takes rebound and joins the opposite line. Can be low, medium or high intensity. A good option is setting a time limit to reach a certain number of baskets, increasing pace and pressure.
