Description: Works on shooting and positioning to collect rebounds.
- Instructions:
- One player shoots from mid-range.
- Another player tries to grab the rebound and quickly shoot at the hoop.
- Alternate roles after each round.
- Goal: Improve shooting and the ability to react and shoot quickly after a rebound.
- Variation: Add a third player to simulate defense.
