Description: Individual exercise to encourage dribbling and finishing with a basket entry.
- Instructions:
- One player acts as attacker and another as defender.
- The attacker starts at the 3-point line and attempts to drive to the basket.
- The defender tries to block the advance without fouling.
- Switch roles after each attempt.
- Goal: Improve speed and ball control when driving to the basket.
- Variation: Limit time to 5 seconds to increase pressure.
