Opposite Cross Side
STEP 1
We place at least 2 players with the ball (1 and 2 in the diagram).
The rest of the players are positioned on both sides of the free throw extension (can be inside or outside the court).
Once 1 finishes his first basket, 2 can start the exercise as well.
We count baskets (set a target for a certain time); if they miss, subtract, if there is a bad pass and the ball goes out of bounds, return to 0.
With this exercise, we also aim to work on transition finishes, zero-step, guided dribble, receptions, and quick passes.
Emphasize lead passes, players asking for the ball, and passers passing where requested.
We can introduce all types of passes: one-handed push, bounce passes, etc.
