Drill

3-on-0 Spacing Drill for Transition

Start with a shot and the 3 rebounding; the one who grabs the rebound outlets to a sideline, choosing to go along the sideline or to the middle. We stay on a sideline: the first to arrive cuts to the basket and stays low, replacing the other player who opens a passing angle with dribble; the player who cut to the basket exits to shoot along the baseline. Two more options: shot or drive to basket, and the player who brought the ball up the sideline to the corner for a possible shot.
