All players with the ball, three players position themselves in the painted area while trying to take the ball away.
At the coach's signal, they go through the first two gates DRIBBLING (only one player per gate). The player who can't pass any of them must run through the middle gate and defend inside the area.
The other players must go through the central gate and also the side gates of the offensive half DRIBBLING AT ALL TIMES and finish from outside the painted area without the defender touching the ball.
