Drill

Backdoor Initiation

This exercise introduces and practices the backdoor concept in youth categories and as a game. Players are on half court, and the attacker must deceive their defender within the cones. Once the cones are crossed, the defender can catch them, and the attacker must cross the baseline without being caught.
