1X1 THREE DEFENSES
STEP 1
The defenders position themselves at the back, where the attackers will go, to touch the defender's hand.
STEP 2
Point guard adjusts position to facilitate ball movement and anticipate the defense. Power forward adjusts position to facilitate ball movement and anticipate the defense. 1 moves strategically to provide new passing lanes and open space. 4 changes location seeking advantage over the defender and scoring opportunities.
STEP 3
Here the 1X1 begins; the next attacker must pass to the attacker in the 1X1.
