Jump Shot

Individually, each player with a ball, players will be distributed across both baskets on both the right and left sides. Those waiting their turn will line up at the free-throw line. The first player with a ball at the free-throw line throws the ball against the backboard, jumps to secure the rebound and, upon landing, bends, prepares the shooting motion and takes a jump shot at the highest point of the jump.
