Basketball drill shot after an off-ball screen
STEP 1

Three lines, one in the middle with the ball (1) and two at the 45-degree positions without the ball (2) and (3).
(1) passes to one side (2) and goes to set a screen for the other side (3)

STEP 2

(3) comes off the off-ball screen toward the free-throw line and takes a shot.

STEP 3

(3) takes a shot

STEP 4

Rotation:
(1) stays where they set the screen
(2) gets the rebound and brings the ball up to the middle line
(3) switches to the other line

Drill

Shot after an off-ball screen

Three lines, one in the middle (with the ball) and two at the 45-degree positions without the ball. 
The player with the ball (1) passes to either side (2) and then goes to the other side to set a screen (3).
The third player comes off the screen (3) and takes a shot from approximately the free-throw line.
The player who made the pass for the shot (2) gets the rebound, the shooter switches sides (3), and the player who started with the ball (1) stays where they set the screen.
