The drill consists of a square formed by cones, with 4 players inside: 3 defenders and 1 offensive player. The defenders guard the cones and must prevent the offensive player from touching them. Each cone touched by the offensive player is worth 1 point. After touching a cone, the offensive player must return to the middle before attempting to touch another one. Each player has a 40-second turn.

Players adopt their starting formation, prepared for coordinated movements and penetration options.
