In pairs, one player starts shooting, and the other passing. Once the passer releases the ball, they run to touch the mid‑court line; the partner, once receiving the ball, takes a shot and then goes for the rebound to be able to pass it to her partner coming from mid‑court. This way we work shooting volume in pairs and warm up for more dynamic exercise afterwards.
