This training drill I saw Félix Camacho, coach of Maristas Córdoba, do with his U18 male team. The drill seemed intense and dynamic, starting from a 3c0 that began with a direct pick (similar to a blind pick), working on space occupation with a lot of player traffic requiring focus and concentration, finishing with a shot from the three players leading the lines.
