We start with a 3x2 situation, the players must resolve it as quickly as possible, always finding a comfortable shooting position, if we see that they abuse the dribble, we will limit the use of it, we can even put a time limit, it is not bad to remind the players that this situation in a match they will not have more than five seconds to resolve it before the rest of the defense arrives after the balance.
STEP 1
Players are positioned at key points on the court, seeking offensive and defensive balance.
STEP 2
When the 3x2 situation ends, the player who shot or lost the ball automatically becomes a defender. The two defenders from the 3x2, once they have the ball, become the new attackers, creating a 2x1 situation on the opposite basket.
