FOUR CORNERS
STEP 1

We define the starting positions of the players, placing each strategically to optimize passes and attacking options.

STEP 2

1 shifts to an optimal spot on the court to maximize offensive efficiency. Small forward changes location seeking advantage over the defender and scoring opportunities.

Drill

FOUR CORNERS

Shooting-entry wheel.
A minimum of 8 players and 2-3 balls are needed.

Player 1 passes to 2 and cuts to the high post. Once there, he receives the pass from 2 and WITHOUT LOWERING IT passes to 3, who after a screen with 4 finishes with a shot or driving to the basket.

Variants
Player 3 can drive or shoot. If shooting, 4 should be more open to create space.

Rotations
1-2; 2-3; 3-4; 4-1

Good exercise for warming up before a game or to start a training session.
