STEP 1
Center places themselves strategically to generate passing angles and anticipate defensive moves. Center alters position to create defensive mismatches and penetration options.
STEP 2
The initial setup is organized to create synergy between movements, screens, and passes for the opening play.

Feint Duel
Feint duel. Two teams with several players each. One passer per team and the rest must make feints to receive the ball quickly and score. The team that scores first wins.
